Public Speaking

I have always struggled with public speaking. I can remember having terrible anxiety in school whenever I had to give presentations so I’ve always avoided it. It was something I accepted until recently when I was offered a promotion. I knew the new position would require me to give presentations and knew I had to finally face the problem.

A family member had had sessions with Küllike to quit smoking and the results were impressive. So I decided to contact Küllike myself.

Even after the first session, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. She gave me so many helpful techniques to calm down my nerves and after a few sessions my focus had shifted completely. When I think about presenting now, I feel calm, secure and like I can actually enjoy talking on the subject. It has really been a very enjoyable experience working with Küllike. Thank you so much!
