Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Quick response to your request for feedback. The sessions have had a huge impact on my life! My anxiety has really calmed down and whenever I have a panic attack now, I have the necessary tools and techniques to handle it. My boyfriend said that it’s not just the anxiety that I have learnt to control, it’s my emotions over all. I feel so much more leveled and in control of myself now and I have you to thank for that!

I contacted Kullike due to my anxiety. She helped me understand how my head works and why it acts the way it does sometimes.
