It’s a natural state of human consciousness that involves focused attention. You may be surprised to learn that we often go into mild hypnotic states in our everyday lives, when listening intently to music or engrossed in a book, for example. The hypnotism I practice just puts this natural state onto a more intense and beneficial setting.
Being in a state of hypnosis doesn’t feel that different to when you’re feeling totally relaxed. Time passes but you’re totally focused on the present. It’s a pleasant experience and nothing at all to worry about.
Yes, totally. That’s why it’s been accepted and approved by the British Medical Council since 1955. Hypnosis is merely tapping into your natural state of mind. You’re not divorced from reality – you can rouse yourself from a hypnotic state whenever you want to.
No, you remain in complete control at all times. The whole thing is voluntary, meaning you have the ability to say and do whatever you like, and not say or do anything that goes against your better judgment.
It shouldn’t make a difference. Virtually anyone can be hypnotised, provided they are willing participants. It’s just not possible to hypnotise someone against their wishes.
Hypnotherapy is simply the use of hypnosis as a therapeutic technique. It normally takes the form of a programme of treatment aimed at helping you overcome physical or mental barriers that are preventing you fully from enjoying your life. It achieves this by making subtle changes to the way you perceive the nature of your issue and how it affects you.
It is a relaxing process that generally produces extremely beneficial results. Provided you’re not expecting a quick ‘fix’ in a matter of minutes, there are no disadvantages.
Usually 2-4 sessions however this is tailored on individual basis. I will be able to give you a better answer after a chat, and certainly after we meet for a session of hypnotherapy.

The aim of hypnotherapy is to help you overcome your issues so that you can live a normal life and achieve your goals. It can help you cope with stress, successfully combat your phobias, addictions or anxieties, and help you gain more control over your life.
This is a technique that uses language positively to influence brain behaviour. It’ a way of helping you alter the way your brain responds to certain situations and stimuli. So, for example, if it’s customary for you to light a cigarette after a meal, NLP can change the way your brain perceives that moment.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, Neuro-Linguistic Programming is ‘a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviour and the subjective experiences (esp. patterns of thought) underlying them’ and ‘a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour.’
All sessions excluded stop smoking price is £195 per session.

Stop Smoking:
£495 per session which will last approx 2.5 hours.
Usually 1session is all that is required however, results may vary on an individual basis however your own motivation to succeed is essential. This price includes monitoring of progress.
